Vietnam International Property Festival in Ho Chi Minh City
The first Vietnam International Property Festival (abbreviated as VIPF) will take place from September 28 to October 2, 2022 at Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center (SECC), located in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
The first Vietnam International Property Festival is hosted by Vietnam Real Estate Association (VNREA). The Association assigned the Vietnam Center for Counseling & Promoting Real Estate (VICOREAL) to coordinate with Vietnam Festival JSC. (VietFest) and Time Universal Communication JSC. (Time Universal) to organize the event, with the orientation to become the largest and annual real estate event in Vietnam and in Southeast Asia with nearly 20.000m2 of indoor exhibition and above 40.000m2 of outdoor space for more than 200 exhibition booths from domestic and foreign units.
Speaking at the event announcing the festival, Dr. Nguyen Van Khoi – Standing Vice Chairman in charge of VNREA said: In order to contribute to the implementation of the 10-year socio-economic development strategy (2021 – 2030) and the National Housing Development Strategy for the 2021-2030 period, vision to 2045; especially in the period of recovery & development after the Covid-19 pandemic and expansion of international cooperation relations, effectively mobilizing foreign capital; within the framework of current regulations, the Organizing Committee has oriented the Vietnam International Property Festival to become an annual event to share experience in planning, investment, service management, and human resource training; introduce domestic and international projects in combination with real estate products; consulting and promoting investment, connecting financial institutions, investors, services, opening up resources for housing development and real estate market; interested in the field of social housing, industrial property with worker housing and other types of tourism, resort, ecological real estate…
“The association determines that investment promotion and effective mobilization of foreign capital through the mechanism of mobilizing international financial resources, joint ventures and partnering in the real estate market will contribute to promoting the development of the Vietnam property industry as well as many related economic sectors. Therefore, the Vietnam International Property Festival plays an important role in connecting financial institutions and international investors to the Vietnamese market,” emphasized VNREA’s Standing Vice President.
Mr. Pham Minh Toan – Director of Time Universal & VietFest, co-head of Organizing Committee said that VIPF Fair & Mega Sales is expected to be a place where investors and distributors organize effective sales through diverse sales activities such as providing large-scale infrastructure for large-stage open-sale events; attractive entertainment music, food and entertainment events for children to attract potential customers to attend and keep them in the event; virtual exhibition technologies with e-commerce application to add the convenience of visiting and selling remotely.
“Besides the opportunity to choose and buy a variety of real estate products and projects from reputable investors with special preferential sales policies within the VIPF framework, consumers are also able to expanded their legal, real estate investment knowledge to become a smart consumer”, said Mr. Pham Minh Toan.
At VIPF, there will be main activities such as: Real estate exhibition VIPF Expo; Real Estate Fair VIPF Fair & Mega Sales; Real Estate Forum VIPF Forum; Series of events to promote real estate investment VIPF Investment Promotion Series; Series of training events VIPF Workshop & Training; Series of entertainment events VIPF Gala Festival.
With more than 5 days and 4 nights taking place continuously and open from 9:00AM to 9:00PM, VIPF 2022 is expected to attract above 200.000 direct visitors and 10 million online visitors. The highlight of VIPF Expo is the planning exhibition area for localities so that people have the ability to not only access the most accurate information about the State’s planning but also help investors find opportunities to invest easily through investment networking sessions for localities and businesses.
The series of investment promotion events VIPF Investment Promotion Series will be kicked off starting from May with the roadshow activities of VIPF consulting & investment promotion in localities; lasts until after the end of the program with Site tours for investors who have the need to visit and learn more about the projects.
HOUSELINK – a new technology platform that enhances the connection and interaction between entities in the real estate industry and the construction industry supply chain, based on the power of data, market insights and prestige networks will participate as a supporting partner who coordinates with VIPF to organize a series of events during the 2022 Vietnam International Property Festival.
