Known as Golden Palace A with Mai Linh Investment JSC as the investor, The Matrix One was planned to occupy a 398,191 square metres area, including a 144,140 sq.m theme park (of which, 25,187 sq.m being water surface); the 13,172 sq.m HH1 Complex (of which, 2,814 sq.m being green area) covering commercial floor, office, hotels and apartments for rent.
The 15,410 sq.m HH2 Complex (of which, 4,568 sq.m being green area) includes a 44-storey apartment tower and a 5-storey shophouse building; and the 10,477 sq.m centre has got 28 single houses and 4-storey semi-detached houses. Kindergartens and multi-level schools cover an area of 15,756 sq.m.
The Matrix One has been drawing tremendous attention from investors for a long time now thanks to its prime location at the western gateway of the capital, the intersection of Me Tri, Chau Van Liem, and Le Quang Dao arterial routes in My Dinh featuring a planned elevated railway. Moreover, the project is as adjacent to numerous schools, an international hospital, My Dinh National Stadium, and the National Convention Center.
Having advantages not only in traffic, The Matrix One also possesses a view over the Vietnam Grand Prix F1 Racetrack, which will provide a green lifestyle with a more-than-14-hectare themed park with designed marathon tracks, walkways, skate courts, squares, recreation and entertainment zones, sports areas, and multi-function service facilities.
