According to Mr. Luong Duc Long, Vice President, General Secretary of Vietnam Cement Association (VNCA), this price increase has been considered by businesses and by the end of 2020 based on the balance of input costs. , product output and sales viability of the business.

Besides cement prices, steel prices are still at a high level. Construction enterprises were severely affected by the “fever” of increasing construction material prices in April.
