Coteccons commenced a companionship building, Friendship Tower Viet Nam – Slovakia

Friendship Tower is located on one of the most prestigious streets in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, close to major facilities such as the US Consulate, Germany House, etc. The architectural design combines western and eastern culture, creating a harmonious building, including 4 basements and 21 floors, on a site area of approximately 1700sqm and floor area of about 25,000sqm.

At the event, Nguyen Trong Mai Lam, General Director of CZ Slovakia Vietnam Ltd, Friendship Tower said, this is a very significant project in Ho Chi Minh City. The project is a symbol of the friendship between the two countries Vietnam – Slovakia. “The reason to select the Coteccons contractor for this project is because it will meet the investor’s expectations after it is finished” emphasized mr. Mai Lam.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Ba Duong – Chairman of Coteccons said that this is the first project Coteccons has cooperated with the investor and that also marks the beginning of a solid cooperation between CZ Slovakia and Coteccons Group in the future. “As a general contractor, Coteccons will do our best not only to complete the project on schedule, but also to ensure the highest level of environmental sanitation and safety during its construction.” he stressed out.

The ground-breaking ceremony of Friendship Tower Viet Nam – Slovakia has ended successfully. In the future, the project will bring modern and premium office-space, meeting all the criteria of a Grade A project in the center of the city.
