VSIP I Industrial Park Project (Binh Duong)
New CC designed the entire technical infrastructure system for the whole Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP), applied technologies suitable for Vietnam, brought practicality to the project, and helped VSIP invest successful project of green, environmentally friendly industrial park. VSIP I Industrial Park is oriented towards the first Singapore standard of VSIP and is the first choice for hundreds of high quality FDI projects in Vietnam.
VINA ECO BOARD Fiberboard Factory Project (VECO)
This is a project of SUMITOMO RINGYOU corporation deployed in Phu An Thanh Industrial Park – Long An. Total investment capital: 120 million USD (including construction and machinery).
New CC was a design consulting and project management contractor (including machine installation) and worked with Japanese and German partners from the very beginning to outline the overall project.
Project team manager with members from 7 countries: Vietnam (design consulting and project management contractor), Japan (construction contractor), Germany (machine supplier contractor), Australia ( machine supply contractor), New Zealand (machine supply contractor), China (machine installation contractor).
Together we connected the entire system of machines, modern production technology into construction and installation. At the peak stage, the project had more than 300 employees (engineers & workers) and more than 40 foreign experts working day and night.
Project FOOTWEAR PRODUCTION OF PROPERWELL – Dung Quat
Location: VSIP Quang Ngai Industrial Park
We advised and persuaded the Investor to apply a modern factory model, suitable for the construction environment in Vietnam: Pre-engineered steel structure, insulated walls. Horizontal top ventilation system, maximizes indirect light from the roof, maximizes natural ventilation from the roof but still ensures to prevent rainwater penetration.
In the peak period, the number of employees was up to 400, working in 6 production blocks.
LOGITEM Warehouse Project Tan Dong Hiep – Binh Duong
New CC uses its extensive experience and knowledge to propose a technical solution (VE-Value Engineering) to ensure the quality of the work but reduce the total investment of the project.
With the application of VE, New CC has helped customers reduce more than 20% of the total expected investment, thereby receiving the design – construction bidding package for this project.
