The Gold View – Coteccons Plays the role of Design & Build General Contractor
Having negotiated for extended time, Cotec Construction JSC – Coteccons and the Employer (Saigon Garment – Match JSC) comes to the agreement of signing a contract for The Gold View Project. According to the contract, Coteccons plays the role of Design & Build General Contractor for the whole of the project with total value of 3,037 billion VNDs. The project has 2 basements and 33 floors with total floor area of 264,000 sqm. Time for design and build is 30 months. The project has been commenced since 08 April 2015. Currently Coteccons has completed bored piling, diaphragm wall works and is executing foundation and basements.
