Signing an agreement of strategic cooperation in Phu Quoc Movenpick Resort project
On 8th December 2015, in Hanoi, Cua Duong Star Joint Stock Company and Movenpick Hotel & Resorts Corporation, Switzerland signed anagreement of strategic cooperation tolaunch the first Phu Quoc Movenpick Resort in Vietnam. This project will be managed and developed by M.I.K Land Co., Ltd.At this event, M.I.K Land also signed an agreement of strategic cooperation withHoaBinhConstruction and Real Estate Corporation. Accordingly, HoaBinh will be the general contractor for Phu Quoc Movenpick Resort project.
Phu Quoc Movenpick Resort is located at the West Coast of Phu Quoc Island, KienGiang.This resort is built on the land with the size of over 50 hecta including 300 hotel rooms, 100 apartments, 50 luxury villas, “Swiss Village” retail area, water park, swimming pool, spa, “sala” wedding seaside, Conference Center (1,000 m2). This project will be launched in 2017.
At this event, Ms. Le Thi Hai Chau – Deputy General Director of M.I.K LandCo., Ltd. cum CEO of Phu Quoc Movenpick Resort stated that “The strategic cooperation with 2 leading partners in construction and operational management will affirm the quality of the first-class project that M.I.K Land will bring to the real estate market and tourism industry in Vietnam.
