Ewater unveils new technology for water treatment
Ewater Engineering Co., Ltd. has recently introduced its Ionisation technology to remove residues from industrial boilers without the use of chemicals.
The technology is principally based on Faraday’s Law, which creates one specific electromagnetic induction field with wave frequencies ranging from 1.2kHz to 48kHz inside a pipe to ionise water. As a result, the residue will be removed as the molecules are slippery and so move out through the pipe easily.
According to Le Trung Hieu, chief technology officer of Ewater, this new solution can help conserve water, save money, and reduce water pollution as no chemicals are used in the process. After three months of application, residues have been completely removed from the boilers. Thus, it not only boosts the performance of the boilers, but also reduces energy consumption significantly.
Ewater’s technology has been installed in several factories nationwide, like Fujisu Vietnam, Masan Industrial Corporation, Nha Trang Seafood, Hai Nam Seafood, and Long An Food Processing (Lafooco). The company also exports this technology to regional markets like Malaysia and Indonesia.
It is widely applied for water treatment in industrial boilers in the fields of textile and garment, food and beverage, aquaculture, paper manufacturing, and cashew processing. With this innovative and environmental-friendly solution, Ewater has received a business certificate from the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology.
