On April 25, 2025, the Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee signed a Memorandum of Understanding on investment cooperation with Syre Group (Sweden) for the Polyester Fabric Recycling Complex Project, with a total estimated investment of $1 billion. The project will span approximately 20 hectares, with a design capacity of 250,000 tons/year, and is expected to begin operation by the end of 2028.
