Signing the finishing package of Mipec Riverside project

On 21st December 2015, Hoa Binh Company and Army Petrochemistry Joint Stock Company (MIPEC) signed the construction package of “Finishing Mipec Riverside project” located at No. 2, Long Bien II, Ngoc Lam Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi. Total contract value is over 171 billion VND.

This is the 4th construction package that Army Petrochemistry Joint Stock Company (MIPEC) assigned to Hoa Binh Company. In previous time, Hoa Binh Company has participated in the construction packages such as structure construction of B2, B1 basements and 1st floor; reinforced-concrete-structure construction of 2 apartment towers from 7th floor to 35th floor, technical roof floor, and plastering the entire project.

Mipec Riverside is a complex project with multiple functions including business office, product showroom, commercial and housing services on the area of over 16,000 m2 with 3-floor-garage, 5-storey-podium which are the shopping center and two towers of more than 800 apartments.
