Hoa Binh won 2 new construction packages valued over 1,000 billion VND

Recently, Song Mai Real Estate Joint Stock Company (a member company of Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation) selected Hoa Binh Company to be the main contractor of E.Town Central Shopping Mall and Office Building (District 4, HCM City). This project is designed according to Leed Gold standard with 5 basements and 27 floors. Total contract value is more than 470 billion VND. It is estimated to be constructed within 23 months. This is the third project that Hoa Binh participated in the projects of REE and was highly appreciated by the investor.

The overview of Imperia Garden project

At the same time, Hoa Binh also won the construction package for Imperia Garden project which is the complex building including office, luxury apartment, and commercial services (Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi). This project is invested by HBI Joint Stock Company and developed by M.I.K Land Corporation. Hoa Binh Company is the main contractor for structure construction of Block A and Block B. In details, Block A comprises a 36-storey tower and a 30-storey tower while Block B is a 28-storey building. Total contract value of this construction package is approximately 550 billion VND.
