Coteccons continuously signed contracts valued more than 2.5 trillion dongs for Goldmark City project

In early May 2016, Coteccons and the investor, Viet Han Real Estate Construction Advertisement Commercial Co., Ltd., signed contracts of finishing works and MEP services for Goldmark City project located at 136 Ho Tung Mau, North Tu Liem, Hanoi.

Packages of finishing works and MEP services for 05 towers of B-Zone of the project is valued at 2.5 trillion Dongs, increasing the total signed contract values for the project to 4.8 trillion Dongs. The packages are scheduled to complete by July 2017.

Project Perspective

Before, the project was kicked off by Coteccons as general contractor on 12 December 2014. Coteccons has executed and completed R.C works of the superstructures which are highly appreciated by the investor in respects of professional construction management, quality and time. Total contract value of this package was more than 2.3 trillion Dongs.

Additionally the serial contract signings for mega-projects within Quarter 1, 2016 are evidences of trust and confidence from investors to Coteccons when high quality requirements and strict time schedules for colossal projects are paramount. Such trust and confidence are solid footings for Coteccons to fulfill its projected business targets in 2016.
