The groundbreaking ceremony of Diamond City project
15 Jan 2016, Diamond City Project was groundbreaking by Cottecons and Hoan Cau Co.,Ltd is project investor. The ceremony held in Tan Thuan Urban, Tay Road 39 / Nguyen Van Linh 8B – Tan Thuan -District 7, HCMC. Attending the ceremony were representatives of Leadership of Coteccons, investor, chairman of District 7 and the partner unit.
Under the contract, Coteccons is the general contractor and construction design (Design & Build) for apartment blocks HR-1. Scope of the project includes two towers A and B, each tower has one basement, one-storey podiums, 33-storey apartment with an area of about 85.000m2 use. The total contract value is 737.5 billion and construction time is 26 months.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Ba Duong, CEO Coteccons said: “Coteccons has partnered with Hoan Cau through projects like: Nha Trang Center, Nam A Bank, Thanh Yen Building, and this is the 4th project Coteccons continue to cooperate with Hoan Cau Co.,Ltd. In response to the confidence of the investor has the choice of general contractor Coteccons was designed and constructed, Coteccons commitment to complete the project safely, on schedule with the best quality.
